How to collect points?
You collect 1 point for every 500 THB purchased in a single invoice. The points will be received and ready for redemption after the payment is received
How can I redeem the Freshket Reward?
Go to “Privilege” and Click on the Freshket Rewards that you are interested in.
How can I check my status?
The status can be seen on tapping your restaurant name or clicking on the menu in the top left of the application
How can I check my total points?
The points collected can be seen on tapping your restaurant name or clicking on the menu in the top left of the application. The points are added to your balance after payment of the invoice (The points displayed do not include invoices for which payment is awaited
If I use the discount coupon, will I still receive the points? (Answer: Amount of points will be calculated based on the after-discount amount
Total purchase minus discount) : For Example: If the total invoice amount is 1,000 THB and you get a discount of 100 THB, after discount price is 900 THB. In this case, you will get 1 point for this invoice.
If the invoice amount is less than 500 THB or if the amount is not in multiples of 500 THB, can the remainder amount be carried forward to get points in the next invoice. For example, if the invoice amount is 1,400 THB, I will get 2 points. Will the remaining 400 THB be carried to consolidate with the next invoice?

Do my points have an expiry date?
Cut off for all points is on 1st of January each year; except the points you earn in Y2019 will expire on 1 Jan 2021. However, if you have no purchases during 30 consecutive days, all of your points will immediately expire.
Will my status be downgraded after I redeem Freshket Rewards and my total point balance decreases? For example, I am GOLD status with 400 points. If I redeem 300 points, will my status still remain GOLD or be downgraded to SILVER?
Your status remains GOLD even after redeeming those points
When will I be downgraded?
If no purchase is made within 30 consecutive days, your Freshket rewards status will be downgraded to STONE level, and you will lose all of your points.
